Registration > Registration Process
The meeting has a maximum capacity of only 140 participants. MEETING FEE The registration fee is 250€ for staff members and post-docs, 150 € for PhD and undergraduated students. The fee covers the admission to the scientific program, dinner on september 12th and 13th, lunch on september 13th and 14th and coffee breaks.
Possible payment methods: bank transfer, order form, french cheque, secure online payment. Registration deadline: June 20th, 2016 TO REGISTER, PLEASE FILL IN THIS FORM Registration will open on February 10th, 2016.
GUEST ROOM
You can ask for guest rooms on the Gif-sur-Yvette CNRS campus, next to conference room

Registration for the guest rooms will start on February 10th, 2016. Before Payment please mailing us at EMAM2016@i2bc.paris-saclay.fr POSTERS We offer the opportunity to present posters during the meeting. Posters will be accepted on a “first-registered-first-served” basis. If you wish to present a poster, please go to the submit page before April 30th, 2016
-> Posters will only be taken into account when accompanied with a registration. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS We offer the opportunity to present Oral communications during the Meeting.
